HR Generalist

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for an HR Generalist at the Dumfries/Fairfax A.T. Augusta Ambulatory Care Centers in Virginia. This position provides in-person, primary support in the coordination of HR policies and programs with an emphasis on employee relations.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR/OD, or other related fields
• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience with a minimum of 1-year management level experience in a company of similar or larger size
• Previous experience with multi-state, multi-site, multi-functional organizations
