Summary:

The Presale Business Coordinator (PBC) assists the Presale Business Manager and the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator with their various tasks. As a key coordinator, the PBC is primarily responsible for tracking, organization, and assisting with all pre-sale projects for DWS.

The Presales Business Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Presales and Contracting and is responsible for collaboratively working with all departments to determine the most effective but profitable winning strategy for all of our pre-sale efforts.

Responsibilities:



  • Effectively follow, manage, and improve the DWS pre-sale process for various type of projects
  • Collaborate closely with DWS Proposal Specialist to deliver high quality and accurate proposal content
  • Update Opportunities in NetSuite with Presale progress for tracking
  • Assist in determining if there are additional internal communications requirements for each proposal (emails, calls, in person meetings, etc.) in accordance with the defined pre-sale process.
  • Engage various DWS internal teams and proactively monitor progress of all presale deliverables needed for the proposal or quote delivery, track in NetSuite
  • Track the timeline of active proposals via NetSuite. Make this calendar/schedule available to internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal and external customer to complete Insurance Requirements
  • Facilitate the flow of contracts and learn contracting software
  • Assist with the development & maintenance of Library of Standardized Compliance Plans
  • Update & maintain Compliance Based databases



Specific Skills and Accreditations



  • 4+ years of project management, office administration, and/or experience with communications systems
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Willing to learn and use NetSuite daily for Presales Tracking
  • Comfort dealing with primarily internal and also external customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
