Retail Sales Representative (F/T)

Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. Collect payments whether in cash or credit. Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

• Customer Engagement:  Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to drive sales.
• Sales & Transactions:  Process purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently, often using POS systems.
• Merchandising:  Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
• Product Knowledge:  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies.
• Target Achievement:  Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
