Requirements and Description Job description Prospect Airport Services is seeking individuals to join our team in Seattle at SeaTac International Airport. We have 55 years of experience providing aviation support services, including operations in thirty-three airports across the US! We hire hardworking, motivated individuals to maintain the highest quality service possible for our airline customers and passengers. Position Title: Dispatcher Summary: Dispatches primary responsibility is to coordinate where our passenger service agents are assigned in the terminal and communicates with a push to talk radio. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinating assignments for our passenger service assistance, that are in the terminal. Answering the dispatch phone. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to work weekends, including holidays and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis Be able to pass a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) background check Customer service and proper phone etiquette Works well in a high pace environment This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous people-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Prospect Airport Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
