ABOUT THE ROLE The Mold Builder is responsible for constructing and assembling precision wooden forms and mold components used in precast concrete production. This role requires reading blueprints, maintaining tight tolerances, and using a variety of hand and power tools to build durable, accurate forms that support high-quality production output in a fast-paced environment.
