About the Role: The Facilities Foreman/Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities within the facility. This position ensures that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure. The role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling work orders, and collaborating with production managers to align maintenance efforts with overall production timelines. The Maintenance Foreman/Supervisor is responsible for enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and structural issues. Ultimately, this role drives operational excellence by maintaining a well-functioning, safe, and compliant work environment that supports the successful completion of construction projects across the United States.
