We are seeking highly cleared professionals who excel at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance where reliability, security, and performance are paramount.

Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Project Support Lead - Senior to support this mission in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Support Lead - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

    Plans, leads, coordinates and supports portfolio and project activities, ensuring efficient communication among team members and stakeholders, tracking project progress, managing documentation, and assisting in the resolution of portfolio / project-related issues.
  • Facilitates the organization and execution of the Program Kick-Off Meeting to ensure all relevant parties are introduced and aligned on project objectives and processes.
  • Support development for the content and agenda for the Program Kick-Off Meeting, ensuring it covers essential topics such as roles, Project Plans, and security requirements for approval.
  • Documents the Project Kick-Off Meeting proceedings and action items to maintain a clear record of discussions and decisions taken during the kick-off meeting.
  • Organizes and leads weekly project meetings to update on progress, discuss issues, and align on tasks, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders. Briefs the J65 Integration Working Group.
  • Prepares meeting notes of outcomes and actions from the weekly stakeholder project meetings, capturing progress and any issues discussed. Distributes meeting notes to key stakeholders via 1VIEW. Updates POAMs and project action plans in response to meeting outcomes and actions are submitted via 1VIEW automated workflows for review, acceptance, or approval.
  • Supports the PM by planning and coordinating the monthly Technical Working Group events to ensure alignment on technical priorities and discuss solutions to obstacles.
  • Drafts and submits a detailed, executable Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM) for U.S. Government-identified issues, ensuring timely alignment and execution.
  • Develops and maintains a Project Management Plan tailored specifically to, incorporating standard operating procedures, work breakdown structures, and risk management strategies to guide project execution.
  • Prepares and submits detailed Trip Reports for U.S. Government-funded travel, documenting travel details and learnings to aid transparency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Documents, organizes, and manages content on the 1VIEWsecure, web-based, Task Order Management Portal to support portfolio and project management, facilitate communication and information sharing, and track metrics effectively.
  • Documents and reports portfolio / project activities and status via 1VIEW for ad hoc key stakeholder review and periodic reporting.
  • Develops and manages an Integrated Master Schedule that outlines project tasks, milestones, resources, and integrates decision support for effective lifecycle management.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions as needed.
  • Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: program performance dashboards with KPI tracking; variance analysis tools (earned value management systems, trend analysis software); multi MIPR financial tracking systems with allocation rules; spend plan development templates; cost performance reporting suites; workflow automation for RIPs/CTPs/TARs; stakeholder communication dashboards; lessons learned repositories for program analysis; requirements traceability matrices; risk management registers; predictive analytics engines for forecasting; configuration management databases for PRD version control.


Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Project Support Lead or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
  • 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.

Work Environment:

  • Location:Tampa, FL
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
  • Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
