What It Takes to Run the Show.

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service focus
• Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates with interest in financial services are encouraged to apply

From Clock In to Clock Out.

Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members. Process incoming and outgoing mail, including checks, tax forms, and confidential documents. Provide calendar management, scheduling, and phone support for assigned teams. Coordinate meetings, interviews, and corporate events, including booking conference rooms and ordering catering. Support client service operations for wealth management teams with a focus on accuracy and professionalism. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Liaise with building services and vendors to support office operations. Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office environment.
