Position Summary: The Sr. Marketing Specialist, Corporate Relations, SSA/SEC serves as a lead coordinator for planning, management, and execution of all hospitality-driven events hosted on the Academy campus, including B2B/B2C experiences, internal meetings, and high-profile brand activations. They operate with a high degree of independence and professional discretion, ensuring every guest interaction and event reflects SIG SAUER's premium brand standards. They manage complex events, lead vendor and client communications, and provide on-site leadership for large or VIP-level activations. Additionally, they support the continuous improvement of hospitality operations, systems, and service delivery while mentoring less experienced team members and collaborate across departments to enhance the overall guest experience. This position requires 4+ years of previous corporate hospitality experience. The Sr. Marketing Specialist, Corporate Relations, SSA/SEC collaborates with Sales, Brand, Product, Events, administration, the leadership team, and external partners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Lead planning and execution of hospitality events on the Academy campus, including B2B programs, B2C activations, high-profile visits, dealer trainings, and internal corporate events. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, guests, and internal stakeholders from concept through completion. Translate event objectives into detailed execution plans, ensuring premium delivery and alignment with SIG SAUER brand and safety standards. Oversee all logistical elements - space planning, catering, decor, A/V, signage, transportation, and staffing. Manage day-of event operations, leading setup, breakdown, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop event briefs, run-of-show schedules, and hospitality plans tailored to client expectations. Anticipate guest needs, manage real-time adjustments, and ensure every interaction reflects SIG SAUER's values and premium standards. Ensure all hospitality spaces and event environments reflect SIG SAUER's visual and experiential standards. Represent the SIG SAUER Academy and Experience Center with professionalism and brand consistency in all communications and client interactions.


  • Led communication with vendors for catering, rentals, A/V, decor, and transportation; manage contracts, deliveries, and day-of execution. Oversee vendor performance to ensure consistent quality and service reliability. Maintain accurate vendor documentation, pricing sheets, and preferred partner lists. Support the Marketing Manager, Corporate Relations in identifying new vendor partnerships and negotiating terms.
  • Provide white-glove service for VIP clients, corporate groups, and senior executives, ensuring all guests experience the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Conduct intake calls, site visits, and guided tours for prospective clients, showcasing facility capabilities and customization options.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense submissions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Assist in tracking event revenue, payments, and forecasts for hospitality-driven programs.
  • Work with the Academy Marketing team to ensure visual branding, signage, and materials meet corporate design standards. Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure cohesive branding across signage, collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain hospitality documentation, event records, and internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Training, Retail, Marketing, Operations, and Facilities teams to align on event objectives and logistics. Support product, media, and experience-based activations by coordinating with Events and Experiential Marketing teams. Partner with internal departments to manage executive visits, internal meetings, and training sessions.
  • Provide updates on event readiness, logistics, and guest needs to stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager, Corporate Relations to develop new offerings and refine standard event packages for hosted clients.
  • Gather guest and client feedback post-event and provide analysis to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Support development and refinement of SOPs, event templates, and process documentation for hospitality operations.
  • Lead assigned special projects focused on service innovation, facility enhancement, or program growth.
  • Recommend operational improvements that increase efficiency, elevate guest satisfaction, and reinforce brand excellence.
  • Ensure all required liability waivers, safety policies, and compliance standards are met.
  • Mentor less experienced Marketing Specialists, providing on-site guidance and professional feedback.
  • Occasional travel to other SIG SAUER facilities or off-site events as needed. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and nontraditional hours during event periods.
  • Contribute to long-term planning and scalability of Academy hospitality programs.
  • Engage in and actively volunteer for Continuous Improvement projects/tasks.
  • Communicate effectively to supervision regarding problems and corrective action.
  • Participate in and sustain 5S Standards.
  • Must follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.


Education/Experience & Skills:



  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, and 4+ years of experience in Marketing.
  • Event logistics planning, budget management, crisis response management, travel logistics, and scheduling and coordinating experience required.
  • Strong communications skills and professional etiquette are a must.
  • Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and travel system (CTM) experience required.
  • Must be able to clearly, concisely, and accurately convey ideas and information to others, both verbally and in written form.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Working Conditions:



  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
  • Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates.
