Job Overview:

Step into a role where your insights don't just inform decisions, they shape the future of the business. As our Business Insights Leader, you'll operate at the center of strategy, data, and execution-partnering directly with senior leadership to tackle the organization's most complex and ambiguous challenges. This is not about reporting numbers or building dashboards. You'll dive deep into critical questions around growth, pricing, market expansion, and product strategy-identifying root causes, surfacing non-obvious insights, and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations that influence direction and resource allocation. From evaluating new market opportunities to pressure-testing current strategies, your work will have a direct impact on how and where the business grows. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role that is leadership driven with no predefined playbook. You'll have the autonomy to define problems, shape the approach, and leverage advanced analytics and emerging AI capabilities to drive smarter, faster decisions. Just as important, you'll bring the ability to challenge thinking, influence stakeholders, and tell a compelling story with data-turning complexity into clarity for executive leaders.

If you're energized by solving meaningful business problems, operating in ambiguity, and driving real-world outcomes-not just analysis, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
