Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Shift: all 3 shifts

When something breaks, you don't panic; you grab your tools and get to work. We need a Maintenance Technician who can keep machines moving and production rolling.

Your Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 2 years of machine repair, electrical, or general maintenance experience
• 3-5 years of machine repair, electrical, and general maintenance experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with limited information
• Able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers to promote strong working relationships and create an environment focused on teamwork
• Flexible with work and job assignments and willing to perform any function as needed
• Must be dependable and available to work overtime when required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision
• Experience with FANUC and Siemens controls preferred

On the Job Every Day

• Basic repair abilities in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronic, steam systems, plumbing, and HVAC
• Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers, motors, and wiring, with some direction
• Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems (water, chemical,hydraulic, and pneumatic)
• Repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators,and related equipment
• Installs, maintains, and repairs machining equipment, transfer presses, process lines, and other general facility and production equipment with some direction
• Cleans, inspects, and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery as part of assigned PM schedules
• Read and interpret basic equipment operating instructions to perform repairs
• Read and interpretelectrical and mechanical drawings to perform necessary repairs and adjustments
