Benefits This position offers an exceptional and highly competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance. Employees receive 100% company-paid medical premiums through a BCBS PPO plan, along with a fully funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to help cover eligible expenses until the deductible is met. Dental insurance is also fully covered, and additional company-paid benefits include short-term disability, life insurance (2x base salary), and AD&D coverage. Long-term disability is available with a minimal employee contribution. Financial benefits include a 401(k) with a 50% company match on contributions up to 6%, as well as an annual bonus and profit-sharing program based on company performance and tenure. Time-off benefits include 10 days of vacation to start (increasing with service), 40 hours of sick time with unused time paid out annually for hourly employees, and 13 paid holidays, including a company shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day.
