We are seeking an Executive Director of Facilities Planning and Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for key support services that ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing healthcare environment.
This role leads long-range facility planning, capital and operational budgeting, and daily operations across multiple departments while driving continuous improvement and excellence in the Environment of Care.
Departments Overseen
Housekeeping / Environmental Services, Construction Management, Engineering Services, Security & Parking, Biomedical Services, Food & Nutrition, Patient Transport, and all inpatient and outpatient facility projects and improvements.

Required Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree in Business Administration and/or B.S. Degree in Engineering equivalent.
    • Or minimum 10 years' experience designing, building, and managing Inpatient/ Outpatient healthcare facilities.
  • 7-10 years' experience with progressive levels of management and leadership experience.
  • Experience in all aspects of healthcare facility operations and have managed a large number of employees.
  • Experience developing and managing complex healthcare projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare facility design, construction, MEP systems, and facility operations.
