Job Description: Perkins Coie is searching for a Matter Data Management Coordinator who will work on a small team responsible for ensuring master data completeness and quality throughout the life of a matter (including new matter intake, maintenance, and closing). The Matter Data Management Coordinator will collaborate with various groups that provide master data inputs, including Attorneys, Financial Operations, Business Operations, Conflicts, Pricing, and others. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for the firm's rate-related technologies and processes, including Elite 3E rates modules, Rate Navigator, and other specialty software. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS These essential functions are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation.
