Overview

Reporting to the AVP of HEOR, theSenior Director, Commercialand Market AccessAnalytics(CMAA)is astrategic,clientfacing leader responsible for drivingandaccelerating insights generationto support CMAAdecision-making,leveragingInovalon'sreal-worlddata (RWD) assets and outside data sources. In this role, you will build and lead a teamfocused onCMAAthatcomplementsour HEOR capabilities, develop proposalsandcapturebusiness, and carry out best-in-classanalyticsconsultingfor our clients.You will alsodrive innovation aroundleveragingworkflow and orchestration tools, including AI,to accelerate time to insights.

Key Responsibilities



  • Work with the AVP of HEORand leadershipto build a CMAA RWD analyticsand insightscapability atInovalon
  • Working cross-functionally with our advanced analytics programming team, you will own the strategy for integratingInovalon'sRWD data assets and when required, outsidedatasources, to execute and deliverhigh-valueCMAAprojects for our Pharma and Medtech clients, including but not limited to:
  • Patient journey analytics
  • Treatment patterns,line oftherapy analyses
  • HCP targeting and segmentation
  • Market share and competitive dynamics
  • Real world evidence (RWE) for payer negotiations
  • You will serve asasenior point of contact for keyCMAAclients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Lead proposal developmentand drive new business capture byidentifyingclient needs, shaping solutions, conducting capability presentations, and contributing to revenue growth
  • Think innovatively, spearheading initiatives to automate CMAA use cases, using modern workflow, automation, and AI-based tools, to accelerate time to insight
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing team withexpertisein RWD,commercial analytics,andmarket access


Qualifications

Required



  • Master's or PhD inEconomics, Finance,Pharmacy,Pharmaceutical Sciences,Statistics,Health Services Research, Data Science, or related field preferred
  • Intimate knowledge of the drug and device commercialization process and related RWD-based evidence and insightsrequiredto support it
  • 10+ years ofhands-onexperienceconductingpharmaceutical analytics,real-worldevidence,CMAAinsights, or HEOR
  • 5+years experienceinclient facingor consulting roles with a proventrack recordof managing and expanding client relationshipsin pharma andmedtechindustries
  • Deep experience with RWD, including claims and electronic health record data, registries, labdata, and publicly available datasets.
  • Deep understanding of RWDanalyticsmethodologies, advanced statistics,data visualization,and data science approaches
  • Experienced in data story telling; excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in proposal development and business capture activities
  • Ability to lead multiple complex projects and teams simultaneously


Nice to have:



  • Technical proficiency inSQL, Python,Rand familiarity with Snowflake
  • Experience with automated workflow and orchestration tools
  • Experience working with AI, especially Gemini and/orClaude

Inovalon Offers a Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range
$170,900 $220,000 USD
