Position Summary

The Project/Program Management focus specializes in leading cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority, to achieve project goals and requirements. Works with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs project completion for Tables, Utilities and Electronic Table Game Products (TUETG) using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

  • Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. Departments include but not limited to: Software Development, Software Quality, Hardware Engineering, Product Management, Compliance and Operations.

  • Requires people and resource management through others as part of crossfunctional team required to .complete the project.

  • Creates presentations and generates metric reports/charts for upper management.

  • Works directly with multiple development leads and external Operations/Service teams.

  • Develops detailed development schedules for assigned projects.

  • Responsible for the effective internal and external communication of information related to projects.

  • Conducts regular status meetings and daily stand-ups with the Dev teams.

  • Tracks, monitors and reports project progress.

  • Creation through closure of Programs/ECRs/ECOs.

  • Processing of transfer requests.

  • Creation of part numbers.

Qualifications

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 5+ years of relevant Software Engineering/Quality, operations, product or project management experience.

  • Gaming industry experience required, table games experience highly valuable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task anywhere from 15-30 projects per week.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret rules and regulations.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business requirements.

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal or external personnel.

  • Excellent inter-personal and team building skills.

  • Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management.

  • Knowledge of project management tools and processes.

  • Knowledge and understanding of project budgeting.

  • Knowledge of Oracle's Agile PLM product and Oracle ERP is a plus.

  • General knowledge of Tables (Felt Tables and Table Progressives), Utilities, and/or Electronic Table Games is highly preferred.

  • Ability to motivate employees.

This role is hybrid with 3 days a week on-site. We're open to candidates reporting into either our Las Vegas, Reno or Chicago studio.
