Criminal Defense Attorney - Washington, D.C. Our client, a growing and fast-paced law practice, is seeking an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join its Washington, D.C. office. This role offers the opportunity to handle a wide range of cases-from misdemeanors to serious felonies-across local, state, and federal courts. Responsibilities Manage criminal cases from arraignment through trial Handle motions practice, plea negotiations, and court appearances Conduct legal research and draft motions and briefs Advise clients on legal strategy and case outcomes Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case preparation Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Active D.C.
