The analyst will provide best practice guidance, resolve system issues, and deliver solutions that support Presbyterian'shealth and welfare strategies. Type of Opportunity: Full time Job Exempt: Yes Job is based: Reverend Hugh Cooper Administrative Center Work Shift: Days (United States of America)Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday benefits configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and enhancement requests. This is a functional Benefits Analyst role, not an IT or platform configuration position. The ideal candidate has deep health and welfare benefits expertise and uses Workday as a tool to support benefit plan setup, annual plan year changes, open enrollment, reporting, and employee elections. Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree is required in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.*Minimum three years of HRIS experience, with two years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, specifically in benefits. *Proficient in Workday Core HCM, reporting, security, calculated fields, and business process configuration. *Experience supporting benefit planning cycles in a corporate environment. *Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and ensure compliance with organizational policies. *Proven ability to design and sustain business processes, especially in environments with evolving system capabilities. *Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for reporting. *Experience with testing, configuration, and troubleshooting within Workday or other ERP platforms. *Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
