Job Type UnclassifiedDepartment ElectionsAbout the Position As the Training Quality & Operations Coordinator, you will provide strategic support for the development and delivery of departmental training programs for temporary election workers. In this role, you will ensure training materials, curriculum, and instruction align with federal, state, and local election law requirements while advancing best operational practice standards and strengthening adherence to established internal policies and procedures. In addition to training support, you will serve as a key operational partner to the Pre-Tabulation division by delivering training to temporary election workers and managing the flow of the room during peak election periods. Your work will help ensure secure, efficient, and accurate ballot processing operations during Countywide Elections. This role requires a confident communicator and strategic thinker who can balance big-picture quality assurance for all department training with hands-on operational support.
