DBE Program Analyst The Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) has an immediate job opening for a DBE Program Analyst in Wilmington, Delaware. The DBE Program Analyst is responsible for the monitoring and compliance of DTC’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. The incumbent develops and implements procedures for the administration of the DBE program for the corporation. The position collects and analyzes data to generate required local, state, federal and agency reporting requirements. Reviews all specifications of contracts to ensure complete and that regulations are honored. Responsible for periodic compliance audits and recommends corrective actions. Provide technical support and resources regarding the contract process and the DBE program to internal and external stakeholders.
