As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents while supporting daily operations. You will observe and report unusual activity, respond to customer and/or employee concerns, and deliver clear communication with a customer-service mindset. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of lobbies, corridors, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, employee and vendor entry, and badge and/or credential checks in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical situations, and/or suspicious activity, and coordinate with on-site staff and public responders as needed.
• Complete required reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership, and support security-related investigations by documenting facts and preserving relevant information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
