Leprino is seeking both aNight Shift and Day Shift Warehouse Team Lead. The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities and servicing production areas and ensuring that shipped product meets Leprino Foods guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) of outgoing product. Assists, advises, guides and directs department employees to ensure the highest possible quality product in a safe and efficient manner. This position pays $30.90 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay. Job Duties:

Work Environment Description: The Warehouse Team Lead must be able to lift moderate weights repeatedly throughout the shift. The position holder is also required to stand/walk throughout the shift and must have the ability to work in hot, humid, and cold areas. The Warehouse Team Lead will load and unload trailers and hand stack material that can weigh 60 pounds. The incumbent will know what products can be added together, they will know all the areas of the plant and which individuals to contact in the event of problems., work in a refrigerated environment (28 degrees Fahrenheit) and handle hazardous chemicals. The Warehouse Team Lead must be able to work overtime and holidays when required. The operator must be able to read/write and perform basic arithmetic in order to understand the S.O.P.'s, Good Manufacturing Practices, and safe work practices.
