Physical requirements of the job: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs or lift 40 - 100 lbs with assistance of others and lifting equipment provided. Must be an active employee at time of payout to collect the bonus. Employee will be responsible for repaying the bonus if you leave within 1 year of the final bonus payout.
