Job Summary

The Test Technician is responsible for performing bench testing, setup, and evaluation of fuel, hydraulic, and pneumatic components using specialized equipment. This role requires technical expertise, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The Test Technician will work independently while ensuring accurate test results and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities




  • Perform bench testing using gauges, meters, and diagnostic equipment to verify product performance.



  • Build and fabricate test setups for less complex test systems.



  • Connect products to test equipment, monitor readings, and accurately record test results.



  • Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to ensure proper testing procedures.



  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards.



  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).



  • Participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.



  • Work independently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.




Job Requirements




  • High School Diploma or GED required.



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fuel, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic testing.



  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.



  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).



  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.



  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.



  • Must meet ITAR compliance requirements (U.S. Person status required).




Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or airline maintenance industries.
