Shift: 6 am - 4:30 pm or 4 pm - 2:30 am (Mon - Thurs)

As a Flex Operator in Blue Ash, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.

What You Need to Make the Cut

• Industrial machine operation experience required
• Ability to read and follow drawings, specifications, and SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, lift 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time

What You'll Handle Each Shift

• Fabricate Plexiglas screens, including cutting, sanding, and buffing to specification
• Assemble frame screens and extrusion components per drawings, SOPs, and customer requirements
• Cut, assemble, and disassemble extrusion materials with precision and accuracy
• Monitor tolerances and fit to ensure proper alignment with components such as mirrors and screens
• Perform quality inspections throughout all stages of production and report issues to leadership
• Follow testing procedures to validate finished parts
• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately
• Mix chemicals, apply coatings, operate saws, and assist with building shipping crates and other production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 7S standards
• Follow all safety procedures, identify hazards, and participate in safety initiatives
• Support additional manufacturing operations and perform other duties as needed
