The Cyber Security Lead Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network security solutions across the organization. This role oversees the configuration and management of firewalls, endpoint protection platforms, and VPN technologies to safeguard critical assets and ensure secure connectivity. In addition to deep expertise in network security, the Lead Engineer leverages software development tools to build, maintain, and update custom security controls and automation scripts, enhancing the overall security environment. The position requires advanced analytical skills, a strong understanding of threat landscapes, and the ability to mentor junior team members. The Lead Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives security initiatives, and ensures compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. This position demonstrates leadership, technical excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.
Position Compensation Range: $113,000.00 - $194,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. This position is able to accept candidates who can transfer a valid, current H-1B visa. However, we do not provide sponsorship for F-1/OPT or STEM OPT (including initial, extension, or future sponsorship), now or at any time in the future.
