Mopar Certified Collision Network Manager

The Mopar Certified Collision Network Manager is responsible for developing, supporting, and growing the Mopar Certified Collision Network by recruiting and onboarding qualified collision repair facilities, ensuring ongoing program compliance, and driving performance in customer experience, repair quality, and business results. This role serves as the primary field liaison between Stellantis/Mopar, participating collision centers, dealerships, and key industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, evaluate, and onboard collision repair facilities to participate in the Mopar Certified Collision Network, aligning candidates to network standards and market coverage needs.
  • Lead program implementation at new and existing locations, including kickoff meetings, requirements walkthroughs, and launch readiness validation.
  • Conduct routine site visits (in-person/virtual) to assess compliance with network standards (equipment, tooling, training, OEM repair procedures, brand presentation, and administrative requirements).
  • Partner with collision center leadership to improve KPIs such as cycle time, estimate accuracy/supplements, repair quality, safety, CSI/NPS, parts usage, and program adherence.
  • Develop corrective action plans for non-compliance, track progress to closure, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for network members-answer questions, provide guidance, and connect shops to available resources, vendors, and training.
  • Coordinate with dealerships, field operations, and internal stakeholders to support referral flow, program awareness, and consistent customer experience.
  • Support marketing and communications efforts, including program updates, best-practice sharing, and participation in regional events.
  • Maintain accurate program records, visit reports, compliance documentation, and pipeline tracking in designated systems/CRMs.
  • Analyze market and network performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; recommend actions to improve network health and coverage.
  • Promote and reinforce OEM repair standards and safe repair practices, including use of OEM procedures, proper calibration/ADAS awareness, and appropriate documentation.
  • Manage relationships with third-party auditors, training providers, and vendors as applicable to the program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, automotive technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in collision repair operations, OEM/DRP program management, field operations, or related automotive industry roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of collision repair processes (estimating, structural repair, refinishing, parts procurement, and quality control).
  • Working knowledge of OEM repair procedures and the importance of documentation and compliance.
  • Experience coaching businesses on performance improvement and change management.
  • Proficiency with CRM/reporting tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to assess operational performance, identify root causes, and translate findings into practical action plans.
  • Knowledge of common collision estimating platforms and repair documentation practices (platforms may vary by market).
  • Comfort presenting to small and large groups (shop leadership, dealer personnel, regional teams).
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through, time management, and territory planning skills.
  • Analytical mindset; able to interpret KPI dashboards and develop insights and recommendations.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive business information.
