Part Time After School Site Program Manager Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students! Right At School is currently seeking a Part-Time sub/floating Before and After-School Site Program Manager for multiple locations within the J.O. Combs Unified School District. Position Details: - Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (commensurate with education and experience). - Location: On-Call/Floating Sub at Multiple Sites As-Needed. This could work into a regular site as a part-time position becomes available. - Split-Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday. - Before School: 6:10 am - 8:50 am RETURN - After School: 2:50 pm - 6:00 pm (Wednesdays: 12:50 pm - 6:00 pm). Requirements: Must provide college transcripts with a minimum of 24 credits of early childhood education. Must be able to complete state CPR/first aid training, provide a negative TB test, complete mandated reporter training, and hold a valid Arizona fingerprint card. You must have a minimum of 12 months of experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting. Must be 21 years of age.One year of supervisor/management experience, High School Diploma/GED. English language, hold a current valid Arizona Fingerprint card, and can complete a TB Test, CPR/First Aide and Food Handler card in a timely manner. Reside locally within the surrounding area of the JO Combs area schools We will also require: - Proven experience as a before-and-after-school site program manager. - Ability to reside locally within the surrounding J.O. Combs area. - Capacity to manage a split-shift schedule and perform effectively under pressure. - A positive, adaptable attitude focused on fostering an engaging environment for students.
