About the Position The Retail Supervisor supports the store leadership team by delivering strong brand and customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment. They manage daily operations, including product management, merchandising, education, back-of-house tasks, and marketing execution. They also open and close the store, provide clear team direction, and uphold high operational standards. When the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent, the Retail Supervisor leads the team, ensures smooth operations, and motivates staff.
