Role: Operational Risk Assessment Specialist
Duration: 08 months with potential for extension Location: 100% Remote This role will be facilitating operational risk assessments across various Consumer Bank processes. Day to day responsibilities include identifying and gathering stakeholders, reviewing process maps and documentation to inform risk and control documentation, eliciting feedback from stakeholders, and engaging control partners for review and approvals. The BA will be setting up workshops to work through the different stages of the risks assessments and additional ad-hoc working sessions as needed. The expectation is for BA to facilitate 2-3 risk assessment concurrently through the contract period. Candidate profile details: Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Years of Overall Experience: 5-7 yrs Ideal Candidate Background: Understands how to identify risk in writing a process, and how to articulate and design control for those risks Comfortable leading a large group of stakeholders - facilitating and getting them to agree Strong Excel Strong communication How will performance be measured: quality of work, deliverables, Stakeholders interaction - yes Summary of day-to-day responsibilities: This role will facilitate operational risk assessments across various Consumer Bank processes.
