Overview

LMI is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with proficiency in Agentic AI to join the Chief Technology Office development team. This position requires an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, rapidly delivering results while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. This position requires active Top Secret with Polygraph clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support mission-focused application development within a secure cloud and on-premise environment. The selected candidate will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including application design, UI development, backend services, and large-scale data processing workflows.

This role requires experience building scalable applications that integrate cloud services, data platforms, and analytics tools to support operational and analytical systems.



Responsibilities

Providing direct support to the multiple customers, this Full-Stack Developer will:

    Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting mission-critical systems.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop user interfaces and application workflows aligned with mission and user requirements.
  • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that support analytics and operational tools.
  • Develop and maintain ETL workflows and automated data processing pipelines.
  • Support development within secure cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Integrate applications with distributed data platforms and databases.
  • Maintain and improve automated deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and system administrators to ensure system interoperability.
  • Support system optimization, performance tuning, and reliability improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and usability validation activities.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Experience developing software solutions within secure or government environments.
Desired Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in agentic AI tools: Extensive experience utilizing tools to optimize coding workflows and integrate advanced AI functionality.
  • Experience with cloud environments: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for developing and deploying cloud-based applications.
  • Microservices architecture: Experience in designing and implementing microservices and containerized solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • UI/UX design skills: Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular to enhance user interface and experience.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices: Comprehensive understanding of secure development and deployment pipelines, including infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Data engineering: Experience with ETL tools, data pipeline management, and real-time analytics platforms.
  • Security certifications: Certifications such as Security+ or CISSP are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks: Advanced knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies, including participation in sprint planning and ceremonies.

Target salary range: $109,986 - $189,154

The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
