Inova Clinical Applications is looking for a dedicated Press Ganey Enterprise Application Specialist to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time working Monday - Friday.

The Press Ganey Enterprise Application Specialist supports the implementation and post-launch maintenance of one or more enterprise application solutions within the Press Ganey Platform. An active participant and facilitator during implementation and should be intimately familiar with the scope of the deploy, integrations, internal and external support structures, and the Enterprise business objectives which guide system use. The Press Ganey Enterprise Application Specialist is a knowledgeable advocate for proper utilization of department or service line technology application(s).

Press Ganey Enterprise Application Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementation, go-live and post go-live support as well as ongoing system improvement and maintenance.
  • Serves as the product lead and supports alignment of project goals through departmental implementation waves ensuring departments maintain timeline and facilitate scheduling meetings.
  • Provides recommendation on how the enterprise application can be used to solve institutional needs; supports the forward movement of request and recommendations.
  • Responsible for maintaining and standardizing workflows and change request processes across the enterprise.
  • Supports system onboarding of new providers and maintains ownership of SOP documentation.
  • Services as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners.
  • Engage with enterprise application consultants to receive in-depth training on enterprise application product knowledge.
  • Pulls ongoing reports and supports system audit initiatives.
  • Plans and facilitates division pilot activities.
  • Scopes, implements and maintains additional enterprise initiatives within the platform such as Enterprise Landing Page, Integrations, new application products and features, new processes and implementation add-ons.
  • Fulfills basic troubleshooting and support inquiries from administrators and users, escalating to application support as needed.
  • Works closely with other IT verticals to maintain project initiatives, security, and integrations.
  • Drives continued adoption and utilization within departments in conjunction with Executive Sponsor.
  • Maintains knowledge of enterprise application functionality, departmental workflows and automation configurations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required
  • Experience: 5 years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Press Ganey preferred

  • Experience working with Epic preferred

This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states - VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV.
