Overview

The Telecommunications Administrator II is responsible for providing high-level support and
disaster recovery expertise. Primary duties are to plan, design, troubleshoot, and oversee the
construction and maintenance of telecommunications networks and equipment used for
telephones, voicemail, PBX, video, or data communication.

Role Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Must possess a Security+ CE certification.
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently and to make decisions.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
• Must have the following documentation available at time of in-processing:
  o Hepatitis B: Three shot series OR a positive titer.
  o Influenza: Current season.
  o MMR: Two-shot series OR a positive titer.
  o PPD: Two TB skin test at least one week apart but within 12 months OR a QFT/Tspot.
  o Tdap: One-time dose; then Td booster every ten (10) years.
  o Varicella: Two shot series OR a positive titer OR medical documentation of chickenpox diagnosis as a child.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must be able to pass organization screening

Physical Requirements:

May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year and in various weather conditions. Most work will take place indoors. May work with cleaning chemicals. Will be required to follow Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements. Schedules are subject to change. May require working early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, and/or evening hours and weekends and holidays.

While performing this job's duties, the team member is regularly required to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head, sit (to drive) and lift up to 40 pounds. Will occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds. May be required to remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snow shovels or snowplows.
