Genesis10 is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity. Pay Rate: $47.00 - $50.00 per Hour Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, this role develops and executes effective, position-specific Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure open positions are filled with high-quality talent in a timely fashion. The Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers and other internal teams across the enterprise to meet talent acquisition business objectives, acting as a subject matter expert in the functional market, industry trends, and job knowledge. Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on building strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy Consult with and provide support to hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, forecast, and create requisitions Create a robust pipeline of candidates through advanced sourcing including web searches, LinkedIn, and the applicant tracking system Provide an exceptional candidate experience both internally and externally throughout the hiring process Manage day-to-day operations including forecasting, requisition management, sourcing, and reporting Interview and qualify potential candidates based on agreed-upon competencies, goals, and needs of the business Manage recruitment processes by appropriately tracking statuses within the applicant tracking system and/or VMS Facilitate Q&A sessions for suppliers on requisitions and screen candidate profiles Facilitate On/Off Boarding processes and assignment changes (extensions, transfers, backfills) Develop and maintain supplier relationships Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A minimum of five years of recruiting experience Solid business insight and broad understanding of current business trends and strategies Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, handle ambiguity, and deliver on results Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment Demonstrated attention to detail through project management related work Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Advanced consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully persuade senior stakeholders Expertise in Boolean search methods Proficiency in Microsoft suite Desired skills: Sound knowledge of all state and federal laws and regulations regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Knowledge of VMS systems, particularly VMS administrator experience within VNDLY Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
