What to Expect

The Workplace Operations Associate is a self-starter who is extremely thorough, possesses outstanding communication and customer service skills, and demonstrates diligence throughout the coordination and completion of tasks and projects. This role requires providing quick, effective solutions to internal clients, ensuring timely request fulfillment, and performing hands-on duties such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility.


What You'll Do
  • Perform workstation setup, breakdown, and new hire configurations including IT inventory (monitors, mice, keyboards)
  • Handle event setup, breakdown, and temporary signage placement to support company activities
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of common spaces, reset furniture, and report cleanliness or maintenance issues
  • Execute ad-hoc requests such as desktop setups, relocations, and general ticket resolutions
  • Assemble and install furniture systems while managing cable organization for optimal workspace functionality
  • Coordinate small moves (under 10 items) and utilize forklift for safe material transport as needed
  • Support overall facility operations through proactive task management and collaboration with teams/vendors

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate, retail, or facilities support setting
  • Customer-centric attitude and enthusiasm for supporting workplace clients, departments, and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of building/installing furniture systems and strong interest in facilities/workplace operations
  • Ability to perform minor facilities repairs such as painting, hanging wall graphics, and similar tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills when interacting with internal clients, management, and vendors
  • Current forklift certification strongly preferred (Tesla provides training/certification upon onboarding if needed); ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
