CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer to deliver strategic technical leadership, trusted expertise, and innovative direction for our Water Team while working remotely. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence signature projects, elevate industry standards, and help drive meaningful, communityfocused outcomes at scale. What You'll Do:
Lead all phases of multifaceted water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects-from concept through completion-by developing advanced engineering designs, technical reports, and contract documentation, while guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineering staff

Salary Range: $148,500 - $181,500 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
