The Opportunity

Our Supply Chain Policy & Assurance team is seeking a Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing assurance of Supply Chain policies. This role will support educating and enabling internal stakeholders by interpreting policy requirements, providing practical guidance, and supporting awareness and understanding of Supply Chain governance expectations. The Specialist partners closely with multiple stakeholders to interpret policy requirements, assess compliance, identify control gaps, and support continuous improvement of Supply Chain governance.

The individual blends technical aptitude with strong communication skills, an interest in policies, and the ability to effectively manage initiatives while delivering high quality work on schedule.

What you'll do

  • Lead updates and periodic reviews of Supply Chain owned policies in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Apply strong project management skills, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and complex deliverables effectively to ensure successful delivery of assigned tasks and initiatives

  • Draft and maintain policy-related documentation with a focus on clarity, consistency, and practical application with minimal supervision

  • Educate and enable internal stakeholders on policy requirements through training sessions, presentations, and written guidance

  • Translate policy requirements into practical, business-relevant guidance that supports compliant and efficient execution

  • Act as a knowledgeable and trusted point of contact for policy-related inquiries, escalating complex issues appropriately

  • Plan and execute assurance and control activities to confirm alignment with policy requirements and internal control frameworks

  • Identify compliance gaps, assess risk and impact, and support the development and tracking of remediation activities

  • Identify opportunities to simplify policies, strengthen controls, and improve stakeholder understanding

  • Support internal audits by preparing documentation, analysis, and timely responses

  • Work collaboratively with other Supply Chain functions, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to support policy adherence and assurance activities

  • Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations summarizing compliance results, trends, and key risks for management review

  • Support initiatives that enhance governance effectiveness while enabling business outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related discipline

  • Minimum six (6) years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, category management, or related governance roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive Supply Chain experience with the capability to operate effectively in a strategic role

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; able to distill concepts and make them compelling and suitable for Executive Level presentation

  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a proven history of collaborating effectively across functions and fostering a one team environment

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to apply fact-based, structured decision-making while solving complex problems

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing competing priorities

  • Strong analytics skills
