Here's what you'd do:

• The Management Systems Assessment, ISO Assessor is responsible for providing expertise and knowledge in
• ISO management systems activities for the company and delivering to objectives supporting ISO certification.
• This is a position where the candidate must be able to work independently in a team environment.
• Develop and implement processes and workflows for global compliance as it pertains to the client
• Support all business groups in order to realize the client's goals and objectives for ISO certifications.
• Provide management systems controls training on quality, environmental, health & safety, compliance, and basic quality / environmental / health & safety fundamentals, as needed.
• Work with quality/EHS and technical teams to implement ISO compliant management systems
• Collaborate with teams to document processes/ flows and to correct discrepant business processes critical to ISO certification
• Develop systems to ensure quality performance and continuous improvement of the established and reconciled processes.
• Support and participate in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & 45001 conformance internal & external audits
• Ensure audit results are formally recorded and reported, and corrective and preventive actions are documented.
• Follow up and collaborate with team members on corrective actions resulting from internal/external audits
• Evaluate applicable corrective and preventive action responses to the audit findings for adequacy and timeliness.
• Elevate issues to management as appropriate.
• Assist in the establishment of management systems' metrics
• Drive continuous improvement of the integrated Quality and EH&S Management Systems.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program/project management focused on workforce operations.

• Demonstrated ability to track actions, meet commitments, and close items without repeated prompting
• Ability to communicate expectations, escalate appropriately, and influence across functions
• Ability to apply ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001 requirements with sound professional judgement and write defensible findings
• Ability to drive alignment across functions through precise audit reports and practical guidance
