Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily check-ins with staff Perform on-site recruiting to support staffing needs Manage attendance and ensure proper documentation Maintain strong customer communication and deliver excellent customer service Ensure safety compliance and reinforce company safety policies Conduct on-site orientations as needed Counsel employees and address performance concerns professionally Assist with implementing programs to improve KPI performance Oversee timekeeping accuracy and approvals Monitor employee performance throughout the shift Manage daily rosters to ensure proper shift coverage Marvin's Take?
