Description

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will provide multi-faceted administrative support to ensure effective use of executive leaders' time and productivity. You will handle a wide range of administrative support responsibilities, so this role requires a strong ability to prioritize, thrive when there is ambiguity, and implement your own processes and structure for success. This role is best suited to a self-starter who works independently.

What you'll do with "Our Support and Your Experience"

  • Manage communications and schedules for key executives and leaders inclusive of Vice Presidents and Executive Leadership.
  • Create executive and board presentations and other presentations as requested leveraging high level PowerPoint skills and other relevant tools and software.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings. Follow up on all correspondence and plans. Set triggers for executive follow up needed.
  • Make complex travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Handle event planning for large scale and high-end company, customer, and community events inclusive of our company annual Nations Meeting, Leaders Meetings, Reward Trips, Trainings, Trade Shows, Customer events, etc.
  • Track expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
  • Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings as needed.
  • Perform other communication, reporting and support tasks as requested.



What You'll Need



  • To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
  • Proven ability to contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
  • Strong affinity for problem solving.
  • Proactive and assertive in as it comes to ensuring executive priorities are anticipated and acted upon with accuracy and detail in mind.
  • Desire to learn, understand, and apply solutions and improve processes.
  • Ability to build executive, colleague, and customer confidence and cultivate business relationships
  • Ability to adapt to business changes with the ability to influence others.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productive and communication tools.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • 3+ years is a similar role.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000-85,000, depending on experience.

Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the job, department, and location, as well as the individual skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, and education of the applicant.
