Job Description Summary The On-Site Packaging Builder/Backup Driver is responsible for constructing custom industrial packaging both at our production facility and at customer locations, as well as supporting transportation of materials and finished goods. This role requires hands-on building experience, the ability to safely operate tools and equipment, and the ability to travel to customer sites. This position also serves as a backup driver and must be capable of operating company vehicles, including box trucks and flatbeds, to transport materials and products as needed. Ability to pass FCA and customer employment eligibility screenings. Ability to meet customer site access requirements including background screening. Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. CMV certification or willingness and ability to obtain certification. Experience operating box trucks and/or flatbed vehicles. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Previous experience in crating, packaging, or manufacturing environments. Language Skills Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret general business documents in English. Travel Requirements Ability to travel out of state as needed.
