One of TEKsystems clients is looking for multiple qualified candidates to support their IT department's Level 2 IT Support Team. Preferred Qualifications: * 5 years or more experience working in a 24/7/365 healthcare environment help desk, service desk, or IT support position using phone, email, remote assistance, and chat to provide direct end-user support.
