Description - Assist in the software and hardware life cycle management processes including research packaging quality assurance and deployment preparation - Setup new users including desktop configuration email accounts ldap accounts VPN accounts - Support employees both local and remote with Desktop issues account issues access to various internal services - Troubleshoot software issues on employees desktops/laptops - Some off hours support for may apply Qualifications: - Associate's degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field required - 2-4 years experience required - Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 11 but 10 is okay) - Experience with desktop installation and configuration - Experience troubleshooting desktop issues as well as mobile devices - Active Directory Experience Skills Active directory, Windows, Technical support, Deployment, Imaging, Help desk support, Desktop, Ticketing system, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Support, Hardware, Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications 1. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
