Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst - Sourcing role provides comprehensive financial analysis, planning, and forecasting related to sourcing direct materials. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver and insightful updates. You will track and interpret important performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and cost-optimization programs. You will help strengthen financial visibility across global sourcing and ensuring cost management. You will lead month-end close activities, including preparation and management of purchase price variance (PPV), and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.

You will report to our Senior Finance Manager, Integrated Supply Chain.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead month end activities related to PPV
  • Manage tracking of tariff costs including actuals, forecasting and risk
  • Manage tracking of inflation costs including actuals, forecasting and risk
  • Promote forecast process improvements with identifying cost drivers and coordinating inputs and related templates
  • Develop annual operating plan (AOP) which includes setting materials rates in the annual cost roll process affecting margins
  • Track important direct and indirect metrics and partner with sourcing team and leadership to guide improvements
  • Provide financial approval and consultation for productivity project tracking and reporting to leadership
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • BS or BA in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 5-8 years experience in Finance or Accounting within financial planning and analysis*
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle Planning, and Power BI
  • Understanding of accounting and financial reporting concepts
