Job Summary/Overview
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Test Engineering functions to support safe, efficient, and capable manufacturing operations at the Operations facility. This role provides technical and people leadership to ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and test systems are robust, reliable, and continuously improving to meet business objectives. This leader is accountable for driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through effective process design, preventive maintenance, capital investment, and disciplined execution of standard work. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager partners closely with Operations, Quality, Materials, and Engineering to support current production and new product introductions, while developing people and building sustainable technical capability aligned with the Columbus McKinnon Business System (CMBS).
