Summary

As a Shipping Administrator II, you serve as a key point of coordination for outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of products. You manage shipping activities endtoend, maintain detailed records, and collaborate crossfunctionally with Operations, Planning, and external partners to resolve issues and keep shipments moving. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor product shipments to ensure ontime and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, as required.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions and activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to support smooth shipping operations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve shipment issues, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Support shipping accuracy and servicelevel expectations through consistent execution and followup.
  • Communicate shipment status and updates clearly and timely to relevant stakeholders.

General Tasks

  • Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.

  • Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in order management, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of shipping processes, logistics workflows, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in shipping software and related enterprise systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (computerbased work).

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base pay rate for this role is starting at $25.00 USD per hour.
  • Compensation offers are determined by factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity.
