In the role of Senior Project Manager Architecture, we'll count on you to:
Lead complex healthcare projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout Independently coordinate work of Project Architects and balance multidiscipline teams throughout the entire project's development Be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Facilitate design work sessions during all phases of delivery with the client and their representatives; and facilitate sessions in collaboration with the Project Architect and other disciplines as required to advance the work throughout all phases of delivery Experience with California healthcare projects, including OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3, navigating reviews, approvals, code compliance, and coordination with AHJ Lead user group meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions with clinicians, administrators, and facilities teams to guide decision making Coordinate staffing workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule Coordinate with contractors and trade partners to develop and manage pull planning schedules using Last Planner System principles, improving workflow reliability, team alignment, and schedule performance Track financial aspects of projects, including forecasting and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule and internal labor budget Work with the Health Principal, Regional Controller and Managing Principal for project reviews with corporate management as needed Champion quality control and assurance process by working with Quality Management Coordinator to facilitate quality meetings throughout all phases of project development Participate in marketing activities representing project management requirements of proposals, schedules, fees, interview teams, etc. Strengthen client relations through excellence in project delivery Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED PMP certification Experience with California healthcare projects, including OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3 Local candidates preferred

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum 5 years project management experience
- Registered Architect
- Must be able to lead a team on projects
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Knowledge and experience within the local and regional market
- Good planning and mentoring skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
