Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- This position focuses specifically on training, monitoring and overseeing treatment for children and families enrolled in the Autism In-home program.
- The clinical supervisor is involved and responsible in developing and implementing quality training for technicians providing the direct care services.
- Performs the Autism and Psychological Testing for children/families to ascertain enrollment within the Autism In-Home Program.
- Interprets scores and writes appropriate reports for the child/family Assessment.
- Conducts Staffing's with case managers and technicians on a weekly basis as appropriately scheduled to ensure quality delivery of services.
- Attends and assists the Autism Program Team lead/supervisor in leading the monthly all staff meetings.
- Provides/assists with Parent Orientation monthly to families enrolled in the autism In-Home program.
- Works in conjunction and in common goals to the Program Team lead/upper Options' management.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of Autism treatment services and general behavioral health services relevant in the field for assigned area, and have demonstrated skills in leadership and program management.
- Performs Marketing and Networking efforts in collaboration with the program Team lead and as requested.
- Provides feedback and recommendations for process improvement to improve productivity and profitability of Autism In-home program operations.
- Participates in appropriate health system committees.
- Assists program Team lead/supervisor in interviewing and evaluating all Program/treatment staff.
- Works the program Team lead/ supervisor to maintain effective staffing levels in all areas of the designated program.

Education and Experience PhD. in Psychology required. 2080 hours of training including: at least 1,500 hours of supervised training involving direct one-to-one work with individuals with autism Supervised experience with: Families with children with autism Individuals with autism who display a range of cognitive levels and deficits Individuals with autism who display behavioral challenges Individuals with autism who have shown improvement Designing and implementing progressive treatment plans for individuals with autism Academic coursework in the application of evidence-based therapy for individuals with autism
4160 post degree hours of experience as a supervisor of less experienced staff. Certification and Licensure (Autism Only) - For those driving Mercyhealth vehicles: Maintain a valid driver's license. Have and maintain an acceptable driving record per Mercyhealth's HR.100 Fleet and Driver Safety policy.

Skills and Abilities Supervisors within Options will uphold the utmost integrity of protecting staff and patient privacy practices at all times.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must know or be able to develop in depth knowledge of all applications Options is integrated within, such as: EPIC and EPIC Chart Review, McKesson Star, Plus, PHS scheduler, Mercy Intranet, MHS network, Outlook, Microsoft office Suite etc.

PAY RANGE:
$44.57 - $69.09
