Our primary focus is delivering mission-critical digital mobile communication systems for public safety and government clients. The Indianapolis Field Service Organization is responsible for installing and maintaining P25 ASTRO radio systems for the State of Indiana and the city of Indianapolis. We provide comprehensive on-site maintenance, direct labor for installations, and system optimization. Job Description The successful candidate for this Indianapolis-based position must either live in the local area or be prepared to relocate/commute to the Public Safety customers location. Responsibilities include offering technical support for custom mission critical systems and products. This involves advanced troubleshooting of software-based electronics, setting up communication infrastructure, and optimizing the performance of RF and Broadband architectures, including legacy analog and modern digital P25 data systems. This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers. #LI-CC1 Target Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $72,500 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
