*Overview: *
As a *Client Management Consultant (CMC)*, you'll be at the center of that experience, serving as the primary point of contact for highprofile clients and ensuring every journey is seamless from start to finish. This is an *entrylevel opportunity* with structured training, handson mentorship, and exposure to a fastpaced, luxury service environment. If you thrive under pressure, love solving problems, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, this role was built for you. *Responsibilities: * * Provide hightouch, conciergelevel service via phone, email, and text * Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after flights * Collect and accurately enter flight itinerary details into internal systems * Coordinate flight logistics with internal teams including Flight Planning and Flight Management * Arrange catering, ground transportation, and special client requests * Resolve client issues with ownership, professionalism, and creative problemsolving * Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, vendors, and senior leadership * Support special projects and additional responsibilities as needed *Schedule & Work Environment* * *Schedule:* 4 days on / 3 days off * Sunday-Wednesday *or* Wednesday-Saturday * *Hybrid Role:* Onsite Tuesday-Thursday * *Shifts Assigned Based on Business Need After Mentorship* * Earliest start: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM * Latest end: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM * Swing shifts (2:00 PM-12:00 AM or 4:00 PM-2:00 AM) may be selected as a preference *Qualifications: * * Bachelor's degree preferred *or* 2+ years of customer service or call center experience * Aviation, hospitality, or luxury service experience is a plus * Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences * Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays * Strong professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, MA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
